Bin Vibrator

Bin Vibrator

Bin Vibrators are used for removal of blockage in pipelines chemical, fertilisers, sugar, cement, pharmaceutical and others similar processing units. This allows the continuous flow of material from storage hopper to conveyor. Usually, even the free flowing material tends to get blocked at the bottom of the hopper due to narrow opening. This is eliminated by the use of bin vibrators which are installed over hopper or bin walls. The Bin Vibrator produces localised vibrations and therefore to increase optimacy, they need to be mounted exactly over the wall where the material tends to get blocked.

 

Electromagnetic Bin Vibrator

We manufacture Electromagnetic Bin Vibrators that works on the principle of electromagnetism. A coil carrying conductor is powered using half wave current. This is used to create vibration. The unit is tuned for resonance and draws very little power and hence very efficient. The vibration can be varied using a variac or electronic controller that is designed and supplied by us.

Vibrator Controller

Vibratory feeder controller is designed to automatically control input to vibratory equipments. This thyristor based controllers are designed and programmed to provide variable half wave rectified voltage to the vibratory feeders. These controllers are micro-controller based and the vibration cane be varied by touch of a button. The soft touch buttons are easy to use and durable compared to rotating knobs. The controller provides step-less transition from 0 to max level of vibration. On power up, the vibration will start from ZERO to the set value. This is the soft start feature. This feature is provided to safe guard the feeder from sudden jerk.

The controller is light weight, easy to manage and easy to mount and get started. The controller enclosure is designed using special nylon material which is light in weight, strong and resistant to wear and tear and very well suitable for operation under industrial conditions. The input and output terminals are clearly marked and this enable a quick plug and play operation of your vibration device. The controller comes in various models and can be controlled directly from PLC 4-20mA input.
